Q: Where do you source your candidates from?
A: Though we use job boards to source candidates our priority is to reach into the community through our networks and sources candidates through our connections.

A: We source our clients through the internet, word of mouth and through our networks.
 
Q: How do you differentiate yourself from other recruiting firms?
A: CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC believes that networking and word of mouth is a very powerful marketing tool.  Our goal is to reach into the community and identify those qualified candidates that are otherwise not actively seeking employment.  This enables us to gain access to candidates that are not active on job boards.  Hence our clients enjoy exlusivity to such candidates and do not have to compete with other organizations for the same talent.
 
Q: What is your fee structure?
A: We follow industry standards in formulating our fee structure.  The advantage we have over our competetiors is that we are equipped to customize our services and offer different service packages to our clients very specific needs and goals.
 
Q: What are the areas you focus on in the recruiting industry?
A: We are foused on recruitng top talent in the Banking, Finance, Accounting and Inforamtion Technology industry.  We are a growing organization and there is room for more diversification in the near future.
 
Q: What kind of positions do you fill?
A: We focus on both permanent and contract positions for our clients and candidates.
 
Q: How long does it take for CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC to fill a position?
A: The time to fill positions is highly dependent on three factors- (1) The client's urgency to fill a position; (2) Candidates and clients responsiveness to the requirements; (3) Availability of a candidate for the very specific and rare skill sets.  Typically, in our past experience we have filled positions in two days, some in a week and yet others in one month.
 
Q: What are the contractual obligations of working with CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC?
A: CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC is predominantly based on contingent fee basis where by we charge our clients for our serives only after the placement is made.  Hence, there is not upfront cost of working with the firm for your Human Resource needs. 
    
However, for tough to fill positions that require higher investment of time we offer retained fee based services whereby the client pays a certain percentage upfront but the recruiters focus dedicated time on such job orders by giving them top priority.  The fee agreement for such a arrangement is very adaptive and flexible to the clients requirements.

A: We serve a wide variety of companies in differnt industries ranging from Financial institutions, News and Information Service industry, Petrochemical industry, IT Services, Banking, transportation, and others.
